Shipping policy

Shipping Method:

  • We ship from Ottawa, Ontario with Canada Post, UPS, or Chitchat within Canada; with Chitchat to the United States; and with Canada Post through your local postal services internationally.
  • In the event of a potential or ongoing service disruption with your selected shipping method, or due to business or logistical considerations, alternative carriers or methods of the same or higher class/speed may be used to avoid delays.

Shipping Rates:

  • Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping materials, handling, and actual delivery.
  • Rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.
    You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Generally, domestic orders within Canada are delivered within 2-7 business days, while international orders may take 5-15 business days to arrive.

Customs Duties and Brokerage Fees:

  • Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and may be collected by customs authorities upon delivery of the package.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package and estimate its arrival time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup (Ottawa)

We offer local pickup in Barrhaven, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. You can choose the "Pick up" method during checkout.

Please note that our location is in a residential area near Barrhaven Costco. Exact address will be provided in your "Ready for Pickup" email notification. An appointment is required for local pickup.
